Red River 100 Schedule of Events

This schedule of events applies to Red River 100 participants. For those participating in just the Red River Paddle Challenge, please refer to the RRPC Schedule of Events.

Day 1: Saturday, September 20, 2025

  • 7:00 a.m. Registration and check in opens (Ste. Agathe boat launch)
  • 8:00 a.m. Check-in closes. All boats must be staged by 8:15 a.m.
  • 8:20 a.m. Mandatory safety briefing
  • 9:00 a.m. SHARP - Race Start
  • 2:00 p.m. until the last paddler(s) arrive - Day 1 finish line celebrations St Vital Park boat launch

A food cart will be on location at the finish line area from 2:00-6:00pm with a variety of hot dogs, burgers, veggie options, cold drinks, etc. available for purchase. RRPC paddlers can also check in for the Sunday race early and pick up their racer swag bags during this time.

Finishing times will be recorded by official event timers as participants cross the finish line.

Day 2: Sunday, September 21, 2025

  • 6:15 a.m. Registration and check in opens (St Vital Park boat launch, Winnipeg)
  • 8:00 a.m. Check-in closes. All boats must be staged by 8:15 a.m.
  • 8:20 a.m. Mandatory safety briefing - St Vital Park boat launch
  • 9:00 a.m. SHARP - Race Start
  • 12:00 p.m. until the last paddler(s) arrive - Finish line celebrations Lockport, MB (food available for purchase from Half Moon Drive In)
  • 2:00 p.m. Awards ceremonies at the finish line
Red River 100 Schedule of Events

All paddlers who finish both stages will receive a RR100 finisher medal upon completion of the race. Top three finishers in each class/category with more than five participants/teams will receive prizes or recognition on day two of the event. Top rankings in each category will be awarded once the top 3 have finished the race and race officials have confirmed their times. Awards will be presented and photos taken on the RRPC podium. All participants are eligible to win prizes from our event sponsors. In addition, Red River 100 participants are also eligible to win prizes/recognition if they finish within the top 3 in their class/category for the Red River Paddle Challenge.
